What we provide
- First 60 minutes of the booking in the gym, with certified coaches, who will help guide each participant, through warm up activities, games, gym exploration, and the foam pit!
- Second 60 minutes will be held in the party room, for you to enjoy cake, open gifts, etc
- Party guests are welcome to use the fridge, in the party room.
What you provide
- Direct adult supervision for any child under 4 for the duration of the party.
- Completed waivers for each participant, including any adult supervising a child. **
- Food & beverages, etc
- Paper plates, napkins, cups & cutlery.
** Waivers will be provided in your host package & can be e-mailed in advance to your guests to complete and bring.
What to wear
- Loose, comfortable clothing
- Please no jeans, zippers, buttons, belts, hats, or jewelry of any kind.
- Please tie up long hair
- Bare feet in the gym.
Number of guests
- We maintain a strict maximum of 20 participants. Any additional children above 15 guests will be an additional cost, see below for pricing. (Example: The Birthday child and up to fourteen (14) guests. Or the Birthday child and up to nineteen (19) guests.) Please remember to include the Birthday child and all participating siblings in this count.
- If this is a party for children under 4, your maximum participant count includes each adult supervising a child. (Example 8 children under 4 will require 8 adult supervisors and this is your party of 16.)
- We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your party to set up and stick to the time limit as we use the facility for other purposes.

$250
(a maximum of 15 guests).
there will be an additional $10 fee for each child above 15 participants
To improve availability options, please book your party at least 2 weeks in advance
Birthday Party Rules:
- Notification of Risk and PIPA forms must be completed BEFORE any participant can enter the gym floor. Please note: Any parent who will be going onto the gym floor, must sign the Notification of Risk, prior to entering onto the gym floor.
- No Baby carriers, strollers, or similar devices are permitted in the Gymnastics area.
- Children under 4 years MUST be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the party. 1 adult to 1 child
- Please ensure guest arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the party, to go over the rules and ensure the Notification of Risk forms are completed.
- Food and beverages are only permitted in the party room. Participants are permitted to have water bottles, in the gym.
- We are a nut free facility so please make sure no food contains nuts
