Families attending recreational classes may withdraw from a program 8 days or more prior to the start of the month with no penalty.

If withdrawing within 7 days prior to the start of the classes, a $25.00 administration fee and the cost of the first class will be charged.

If the payment is unsuccessful on the billing date, the payment will be retried again on the next business day.  If the payment is still unsuccessful, you will be notified by email, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made. 

Salto requires 1 months written notice to askus@saltogymnastics.ca should you decide to exit the program. As our monthly tuition is billed on the 1st of the month, written notice is required before the last day of the previous month.

Monthly tuition is considered late 72 hours after the payment due date. A late fee of $25 will be charged. If monthly tuition arrangements have been made to pay by cheque, $50 NSF will be applied. 

Team members that have more than one month tuition in arrears will not be permitted to train until the account is brought up to date.
