Head Start is a program designed to prepare young girls ages four to six for competitive women’s artistic gymnastics. The program strives to build fundamental movement patterns in young aspiring athletes to equip them with the foundational motor skills needed to succeed in gymnastics.

The program is by invitation only and holds assessments twice per year; once in the spring and again the fall.

Head Start trains four hours a week and will have the opportunity to perform in two Skill Showcases a year.
